ANTIPODEAN CORNER
This is a new part of The Good Ship website which will highlight all the Antipodean sport, music and events that we have on. We are absolutely, utterly not a Walkabout, Redback or theme pub but we do put on lots of quality Southern Hemisphere stuff so here is the place that tells you all about it.
SPORT
We are one of the few pubs in London that will open up in the early hours to show rugby from New Zealand plus all other Antipodean union. Next rugby; Super 14s, Iveco series and Tri Nations 2008.
MUSIC
So far in 2007 we have played host to the likes of Rory Eliot and the Reason,
Fevertree
and The Basics.
On the 1st December we have a headline slot from revered Kiwi Jayson Norris plus the excellent Lisa Crawley is playing on December 8th.
DJs
On Friday 9th November we have a plethora of Kiwi house and trance DJs playing from 1130 til 4am. Burt + Scotty + Debz + Brother Paul + Mantis (token South African).+ Dread Zeppelin (token English).
COMEDY
The Good Ship's comedy Monday starts the first Monday of January and is then on every Monday for the rest of the year.
On Monday January the 7th we have Benny Boot.
On Monday January 21st the headliner is Jared Christmas.
On Monday February 18th the headliner is Sully O'Sullivan.
